At Cardiff Hawks, we compete in the Cup and Plate competitions for both Men’s and Women’s. In Season 2023, our Plate Women’s team won their first Premiership. Our Cup Men’s and Women’s teams also made finals.

In Season 2024, our goal is to have all four teams make finals and to walk away with a few more Premierships under our belt. We welcome all new players, of all levels of expertise! From first time players to experienced footballers, we value making players feel that they’ve found their football family.

In 2024, our Senior Men’s training nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are very glad to announce that our Senior Cup Men’s coach, Danny Priest, will be continuing his reign for the men’s squad.

Our Senior Women’s squad will continue training on Mondays and Thursdays. Gladly, their Senior Cup Women’s coach, Grant Keeble, will also be returning for another season.
